Amazing friendly cozy service, big plates and delicious food with great choice ??
Nice interior, slightly upscale, slightly formal, easy to park, a small distance up the hill from Main Street. Food was fresh,... service was good. The town, Cambria, irrespective of the restaurant is charming and worth a stop. The food although not bad ishardly Mexican food. There is no spice, no chili flavor. If you have a total aversion to spicy food then this spot might suityour palate. Read more
Good. Authentic. Off the beaten path up a hill. Would not be visible from the street had it not been for their big restaurant... banner which drew our curiosity. Very nice place, full service bar, well decorated and CLEAN! Read more
Excellent burrito with vegetarian soy meat! I also enjoyed a margarita that was well balanced (not too sweet, not too much... tequila, etc) even though it tasted a little watery (I liked it that way). Read more
Abundant and delicious food. Price a bit high in my opinion, but the place was clean and people were very friendly. I ordered... enchiladas, one mole and the other Suiza. My wife ordered Salmon tacos. All was excellent. Read more
I ordered a chicken mole burrito. As someone of Mexican descent I have had mole as a dish, and burritos, but never have I had... mole and a burrito combined into a single dish! One thing that I did that does not come out in the menu was that I had mychicken mole burrito wrapped in a tomato flour tortilla, instead of how it comes originally. This restaurant is amazing. Interms of food, it is the best Mexican restaurant in Cambria. Now this is the bad news: they do not serve margaritas, or anythingharder than beer or micheladas. Warm fresh chips and salsa. It was sooo good. I had two item combo, crunchy chicken taco and enchiladas with green salsa.
Why is this place not super busy??!!! We were there on a Wednesday early evening so maybe that’s part of it. It was by far the... best Mexican food we’ve had in a long time. The staff was kind and efficient, their menu was varied and food was delicious.It’s off Main St and sandwich board signs lead you right to it. Wish we were staying in the area longer, definitely worth arepeat visit. Read more
