The staff was so friendly that I hate to leave a bad review, but I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a... turkey with Swiss cheese on a French roll (no sourdough rolls here, which is a bummer). The sandwich was really small and on astore bought, bland roll. The real kicker was that they put white American cheese in place of the Swiss I ordered. It was trulygross, and I?m not sure why they would think I wouldn?t notice? I ordered a sandwich for lunch - hot pastrami. It was great - I should have bought two but I drove to the beach to eat it. The... staff were all really friendly and gracious considering it was towards the end of a presumably busy season (I used to work in atourist town and at the end of the season I know I was prickly). I don't know how I feel about this place. I expected the burrito to be bigger for the price it was. I guess I forgot about the... Beach Markup... Food was not bad. This is a standard shop with a bit of a twist. Has a small bakery section, try the brownies they are awesome. They also do... smoothies. I had the Thanksgiving sandwich, turkey lettuce and cranberry sauce on sourdough was very good. The order was takenpromptly and food prepared rapidly. Read more
Great service and sandwiches! Good value for what you get. I especially enjoyed the Godfather sandwich. Looking for a smoothie shop? Then Sandy's is your place. Smoothies were delicious and a good size for being over $7.00. I... noticed a lot of flies. Like more than average in my opinion.
