We ordered online last night August 24th 2 pizzas. We took the deal in rhe app for 1 pizza at $15.99 & a 2nd for $7 off. We... ordered re we d the brisket as 1st choice and Supreme for 2nd. All our contact info carries over to the store, so when we arrivearrive pick up, the young lady behind the counter in not pleasant at all, when she and the person making pizza both offer noapologies nor solution or explanation why we were not contacted prior to arriving that rhe brisket was not available due to outof stock. There is no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism or disregard for customer service. It's pizza not somemajor transaction, I get that, but it's the inadequate and basic understanding of conflict resolution. Had we been notified ofBrisketgate 2022, we could have chosen an alternative. Now it seem CASEY'S FAMOUS FOR PIZZA ????, just depends on thestaffing. Your location was my go to for pizza and now this is t he 3rd issue with an order so I guess it's time to try adifferent brand totally. Read more

I tried to prepare a 20 in gas and I guess the guy was having a bad day and he didn't do it right. Then I sat there and tried... like three times they told me to change pumps. Still nothing so I go in for a refund and the guy raised his voice and said Ididn't give him any money. Will definitely go right down the road to a nicer better staffed gas station. Call Casey's Pizza at 11:40am to ask them to cook a beef pizza so I can get some spices you have to call in to order beef Pizza... for the slices due to consumer mostly eat pork. I called 25 min before I would come get gas a few slices of beef Pizza on my wayto work. Well I called ahead and was told sure it will be ready in 15/20 mon. Go to Casey's no beef Pizza ask the attendees & 1says I didn't make it we have a truck and I got bust. Know I had to call another Casey's in herrin IL & ordered a small beefbecause I'm hungry. Really tired of ordering food from Cambria location and getting treated the way we do we spend a lot of money on takeout and... when I go there my pizza supposed to be ready they haven't even started it and when I try to say something to them about whydidn't anyone get a hold of me the woman behind the counter comes around starts mouthing. she threatened to call the cops on meand told me I could call her manage. all I asked was why hadn't the pizza even been started when it was already supposed to bepicked up that I had kids at home to be fed. Why would you put a hold on my assets on my Debit card when I got $15 in gas paying at your pump and causing me overdraft fees... and the embarrassment of having my card declined? Why would you do that? Furthermore why do you feel the right to scan my IDwhen I've asked not to, I'm 40 years old there is no need to scan my ID your cashier's should be able to look at it and tell myage and still respect my privacy by not scanning my ID when asked not to. They have a little bit of everything. And sell it at reasonable price. All with a smile, and the greeting of the day. they just... started selling soft serve ice cream. And their pizza is to kill for. Read more
