Unbelievable how poorly run this store is.10:30 this morning, they were out of just regular poured coffee. I believe the owner of the Cambridge, Md. Starbucks would be horrified if he saw how this store was operating this morning. I... witnessed several people disgruntled, like me, who got a portion of their order and then 25 minutes later got the remainingitems. Terrible. Venti coffee was tepid. Service slow. Clerk was unable to get a simple order correct and had to call manager. ... Avoid this store as service and quality are exceptionally poor.
