Only because I have to give a 1....put in an order online for breakfast. Got there, and they had a sign on the door that they... were closed. Door was open, no appliances were on. The staff sitting around inside told me they could not cancel my order, andbecause I had ordered on the website I could not either. My card was still charged for food that I NEVER got. Went to Taco Bell to order a simple order. Order two potato tacos without sauce, we received sauce with it. Ordered chips and... cheese, got the cheese no chips. Went back to the restaurant for chips and requested they give us more chips and cheese for ourinconvenience and manager told me I'd have to pay for extra. Can't any fast food in Cambridge get orders right or have goodcustomer service?? Just recently went back and the veg power bowl is not worth ordering. Portions very small. The food was hot & fresh. The presentation of the food was exceptional we were all delighted. The location was right off of 50... West. We were glad we chose this location. The outside of the store is embellished with cool art work both front. Thedrive-thru was an easy way to place an order, pay, & pickup my meal. The customer service was excellent. She was kind, cordial,patient & above all great listener. There's an outside seating available. The ambiance of this Taco bell was everything I neverknew I needed. I was impressed from start to finish. I am a satisfied customer. It was dark & raining but the energy of thestore increased my excitement, so I capture a few cool pictures of the store. ????????????
