Coffee was fine when finally I got it... I had to ask for my pourover coffee after watching so many espresso drinks go out that... were ordered after mine. (They did give me a "sorry we messed up" card that I didn't have to ask for. I'm not blaming the staffhere... They just need a better system.) Chocolate croissant tasted like a refrigerator. Honestly some of the best coffee out there. My rationale for 4 instead of 5 stars is based on the following: high price, long... wait time, no order ahead, and you can?t telephone them (the number on Google just goes to a voice recording with no option tospeak to someone in store-I grow weary of the continuing trend that makes reaching a business by telephone impossible - yeahyeah I sound like an old lady). But again, freaking GREAT coffee if you have the luxuries of money and time. Like, greatgreat. Edit: they do have order ahead, they just always forget to turn it on or to update items. Busy in the mornings but the espresso and coffee here is my favorite and worth the wait. Excellent Belgian waffle for when you... need a pick me up ! Staff is friendly even when swamped. Come here often. Read more

Pretty good coffee, but barista poured way too much milk in the husband?s mocha and the coffee spill onto the cup was not... cleaned up before handing over. Read more
One of the best coffees around, friendly staff, nicely designed space, and quite a few sitting places for a relatively small... store. Prices are higher than elsewhere (latte $5.5) but not crazy. It felt a bit crowded even though I visited after 5 PM on aSunday...so I imagine it will get very busy at other times and you may need to wait a bit. Read more
Good coffee if you like upmarket coffee. This place is very serious about their coffee and what they produce is very good - not... going to be lightning fast or the cheapest but that's not what it's for.
