Avoid! Very disappointing, not worth the price. The place is nice but it's dirty, there were a lot of mosquitos on my table and... the restrooms.. just terrible. Food looks nice but the taste was actually pretty bad, overdressed salad, overcooked poachedeggs, hard bread, the combination of ingredients and flavors was overwhelming and not in a good way. Giving it 2 stars becausethe staff was nice and polite, and the matcha latte was ok. Not coming back though! Read more
As part of an Aussie/American couple, this Aussie-inspired cafe gets the stamp of approval! The coffee and baristas there are... great and make a strong, yet not butter nor burnt, flavorful coffee. The avocado toast actually has plentiful avocado on it andI was delighted to see the chili flakes and micro greens on top too. Also get the halloumi and poached eggs on top! Willdefinitely be back! I was really excited eating at this place since it was my first time visiting the Harvard Campus. We were walking around and... decided to grab some brunch. The latte was satisfying and it was tasty. However the burrito they offered wasn't too myexpectations. I felt like it needed seasoning since I didn't taste any thing in it and I wish the bacon was alot more crisper.If I ever come back again, I'll try another option next time. Read more
Bluestone was a solid spot to get brunch on a Sunday. The food was tasty and the portion size was good. I will say if you’re... in a rush it may not be the best place to go. My friend and I waited longer than expected and had to rush to eat because we hadplans after. Not a big deal and honestly we should have planned better since it was a nice Sunday afternoon and everyone was outand about in Harvard, but all the same just keep that in mind. Read more
Came here randomly to satisfy a brunch craving. Was very busy during brunch time, around 12ish to 2ish. Seemed calm around 3.... Staff was attentive and friendly. Ordered Lemon Ricotta pancakes, very subtle lemon taste, pancakes were nice and fluffy, nicepresentation. The Impossible burger was awesome, liked the bun, the flavor of the patty and cheese with fig jam was a greatsavory combination. Food was delicious overall. Got a black nitro coffee, seemed a bit flat but not an end all. Recommend thisplace to also catch up on some computer work when it's not busy. Read more
Great breakfast spot. I loved the breakfast bowl - perfect healthy dish. I was very excited about the lemon ricotta pancakes but... it wasn’t a favorite - the pancakes were a bit burned from the bottom. The coffee was good. Not impressed. The menu looked exciting upon first glance, so we were super excited to dine here. We were confused as to why... orders were taken via QR code at a sit down place, especially when we placed our order and it printed us to pay immediately-what if I want to order more food and keep my tab open? Nope. Must pay NOW. Our order wasn’t able to be placed unless wetipped. It was required. Who am I tipping? How do I know how much to tip if I haven’t received any service? We noticed all ofthis and still chose to order. Neither of us ate our meals. The eggs were over cooked and not seasoned, the bread was soggy andseemed old. Everything was lackluster, especially for over $20. The only saving grace was the potato wedges with the chilisauce, those were delicious. The staff was also kind. Overall I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be returning. Thereare much better places in Harvard Sq (Tatte, Life Alive, Flour etc…) that won’t cost you as much and serve edible food. Read more
