I?m a chipotle connoisseur. This place reflects decent pre-corona conditions. Many places have struggled with quality and even... partial closure. Good job! My review may or may not have anything with the new employee giving me a generous portion ofchicken. You can experiment with portion size control on me any day. There was an insect in my food. I tried to contact chipotle to get a refund but could only talk to their chat-bot online, which... only gave me a BOGO code, not a refund. I asked for a refund instead and it ignored my request and closed the chat. Read more

This may in fact be the worst Chipotle location I've ever been in. I hate cilantro, so I always ask nicely for plain rice... instead. Every other location I've been to have been pretty accommodating. Here, they spent a whole minute arguing with me andrefusing to give me plain rice. Then further down the line, I asked for just a little bit of cheese. The employee looked me inthe eye when I said this, so I know he heard me. Then immediately after, I ended up with a large dollop of cheese on my burrito. Read more

Every Chipotle I have been to has been either great or good, but this one was AWFUL. Here are a few problems I have had a this... location - They run out of stuff early in the day, most often cheese - They close earlier than posted. You can go there at 9.20and they will be closed even though the hours say that they close at 10.00 - Manager is rude, and when I complained to him aboutthem closing early, he told me that they can't stay open late, and that they laugh at bad reviews that they receive I'msurprised that management doesn't do anything to improve the service here. I got there 10 minutes before close, but the staff was still very friendly. They were really generous with the ingredients and... even gave me an extra bag of chips that they were likely going to throw away! My burrito was enormous and tasted just as good asusual. 10/10! Read more

Placed my order online and I waited for 20 minutes, people who came to place order at the store got their food much faster than... me. I still had no food. The first two times I tried to ask questions, they kinda ignored me and said ?it will be out in 1 min?.When I asked them 3rd time, they were like ?someone else took your food? and then i finally got my food 30 min past the pick uptime. They could have checked when I asked them to the first time and it would have helped my food come out at least 10 minutesearlier? now I have only 5 min to eat before my meeting. Read more

terrible experience. customer service is some of the worst i've seen in the industry. they opened late, didn't have any chicken,... steak, or veggies available, and were cleaning out trash cans and floor mats. immediately after opening, which means none of itwas taken care of the night prior and had just been sitting there all night. how is a customer supposed to be comfortableordering and eating food when someone is sweeping under the door mat and there is dust flying everywhere not even five minutesafter opening? when i ordered, the server was extremely rude to me and kept rolling her eyes as if she was super annoyed withwork. problem is, the store had literally just opened and I was the first customer. when I asked for steak she said "we are outof steak right now" and rudely motioned to the empty bin as if I should know. heavens forbid I expect a fast food chain to beprepared for customers when they open their doors. i also watched employees handling and rolling up dirty floor mats and notcleaning their hands before handling utensils, hot sauces, and napkins. absolutely and utterly disgusting. i will never beordering from or eating here again.
