Ordered a coffee with oat milk and received a coffee made with almond milk. I told the person that made the coffee I can't have... almond milk due to a tree nut allergy and to please remake it with oat milk, instead of making an entire new coffee in a new cupthe person behind the counter only dumped out the coffee and made a new one in the same cup meaning I still couldn't drink itdue to cross contamination. The Dunkin on Sciarappa St is definitely one of the best Dunkin locations in Cambridge. I live about a mile away and make the... trip when I need my Dunkin. Great and efficient staff, clean and orderly dining area, the staff is constantly wiping downsurfaces and keeping it safe. Read more
OK, so riddle me this: I ordered a large hot Americano, 3 cream and 3 sugar (whatever those numbers mean...) and there's *still*... a small pile of sugar at the bottom of the cup, even after attempts to mix it in. In my experience the heat at least dissolvesthe sugar. Like am I doing something wrong on my end or do staff here simply pour in the sugar without mixing? I mean if youorder a *cold* drink and add sugar you should expect a slurry on the bottom, but a *hot* drink? C'mon now. Other than drinkfails, the staff here are at least helpful and friendly. I *love* DD but this place was awful. We ordered the #10 meal but got only the sandwich, because of some argument in broken... English by the staff about that being normal. Placed a second order for our coffee, asked if I could put my own milk but theydon't have a station to do that, so I said I wanted just a TINY bit of milk. Well, instead she handed me a small cup of milk andsome sugar packets so I could do it on my own! I was pleasantly surprised... until I opened my coffee to find she had alreadyhalf filled it with milk and my "coffee" was nearly white. I had her dump half of it out and refill it with coffee but it wasstill way too much milk and kinda nasty tasting. And my Boston Creme was thrown in the bag chocolate-side-down. Add in a janitorslamming chairs around and bathrooms you have to be buzzed into and this was probably they worst DD I've ever been to. Read more
