Food was ok. Prime rib was ok flavor wise and did not expect the whole bone to be honest. Coupled with the fact that there is no... option made the cut very uneven unlike most other places. Ribeye was ok as well the mozzarella was very good as an appetizer.Good service and great price for what you get. Had such a good time here last Saturday night. It was quality at an affordable price with caring service. We enjoyed treating... a class of college baseball players to a night out. Everyone loved their steaks, the appetizer sampler, and I'm still dreamingof the onion rings. Read more
It was a nice steak house in the neighborhood. Food was great and the price was even better. I like the family style vibe and... like the serves - everyone was friendly and made a few cute jokes. I visited Franks last week with my Aunt and was blown away by the service we received. And I mean, blown away. Our server (Mel)... was so incredible from start to finish. What a refreshing change of pace considering how customer service has gone down thetubes. Our food was good (great clam chowder) but honestly, the service made the entire experience. I've only been here twice. The first time my family and I came it was pretty decent the food was okay . The second time we came... here we were turned away with claims of being super packed. I called on the phone and was told I could make a reservation for8:45 and also seen online that I could make a reservation for 8:15. Not trying to pull any race cards or anything but somethingfishy is definitely up. Anyways long story short I looked up some other places while sitting in the car and we took our moneyelsewhere. Went with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful! I've been to Frank's before and it was her... first time and neither of us went away disappointed or hungry! Her flet was perfect, as was my Sizzler. The food, the service(Glen was awesome) and the atmosphere at Frank's is always the best, and last night was no exception. Thanks for topping off mybirthday!
