I take my parents to this place because I heard of how warm and soft these cookies are. This girl who I don?t remember her name... gave my dad and I hard cookies?. When other people went after us they were eating their cookies outside so we asked how theircookies were. They told us they were soft and warm. So I immediately went back to tell the girl to change my cookie to a warmone. She did but she knew what she did in the beginning and i dont know what made her think to serve a hard rock cookie knowinginsomnia is known for their warm cookies. Read more
From out of state and was craving soft warm cookies apparently it wasnt going to be insomnia that night. The cookies were ROCK... HARD and cold. Called the place up and she goes "i dont know what you mean by cookies are hard" ......um ok. She blurts out irefunded it and hangs up. Great. Thanks. -__- Back to edit this review 2 weeks later to add that, that girl never gave me myrefund so had to call grub hub to request full refund which they did. Hope that girl gets diarrhea for life guess these workerscant tolerate educated people around them all day thats why they are so miserable at their jobs Read more

The customer service was great, the cookies were not. I was highly disappointed. Yes they were warm, but they were crunchy and... had burnt edges, and they are overpriced especially when they should by soft and not hard. It?s also a tad out of the way, andon the back side of Harvard Sqaure. Unfortunately I can?t recommend with all the options in the area. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I got raw cookies and the girl with braids and box glasses was on her phone taking my order and... of course she messed it up. It was completely unprofessional I?m calling corporate tomorrow morning and demanding a refund. Theydidn?t even know the stock on their own cookies, the other employee was touching all over her face without washing her handsafter. They were yelling and laughing not paying attention to customers and using profanity. I should never have to deal withsomething like that, if you?re having a craving your better off going somewhere else because these people don?t value your time,money nor experience! Read more
The customer service was excellent. The cashier was very friendly. I end up trying a cookie sandwich I chose oatmeal and peanut... butter cookies and some strawberry ice ice cream. The cookies were warm and fresh. It was perfect indulge treat. I highlyrecommend for dessert. Read more
The cookies are awesome! Have to try atleast once. Strawberry milk is great too, although a little pricey.
The WORST customer service ever! There were 5 ppl ?working? there basically doing nothing. They gave us weird stares, were... extremely rude, gave us cold cookies, and talked about us amongst themselves in front of us. Very unprofessional. Would neverreturn! Gave the brand a bad impression. Definitely AVOID this place!!! Read more
