Every single time, without fail, my order is missing multiple items.
Food is usually fine, but this location consistently forgets items from my online orders...
OMG ???? the bathrooms in this place are disgusting!! There are at least 5 employees and not one at the counter to take care of... customer orders! We waited 3 minutes with my hand up waving before anyone came over. Then acted like it was an inconvenience totake my order! Are you kidding me! This place doesn't even have a drive thru so what's the hold up? Why do you have so manypeople working up front doing nothing? Clean something! This place is a disgrace to the name McDonalds!!! Terrible costumer service. I went twice to pick up online order for someone and a girl that works at the front wasn't polite at... all. I canceled last order and just left. This happened between 10pm to 11pm. I wonder why McDonald's keeps those people around.I believe that pay isn't awesome but customer service is very important. Read more
The manager and the new cashier and the older woman with the necktie were very very rude to the point where I returned my food... and got my money back. I understand you have to train new people but they were three other mistakes in this place including minewhile I was here for the 45 minutes waiting for them to correct my food. The woman would not correct my food and told me I waswrong to my face so I got my money back and I will never be visiting this place ever again. This is a scary and sad McDonalds. The employees have completely given up and are visibly defeated. The food was not up to par... (cold, poorly made, things added and removed without reason) and the worst part was how sketchy it was inside here. Littlehoodlum teens (there had to be 10+) are terrorizing this restaurant. I saw them try and start a fight amongst others, theysolicited guests (myself included) for money while people ate, and they were just generally trying to intimidate everyone(banging on the glass and yelling at customers) and also made sure to block the main entrance with themselves and theirbicycles. The staff saw all of this and did nothing to stop it- for them it seemed like it was a normal occurrence. Overall aterrible experience for this plaza and this restaurant, I won?t be back. Read more
No frills, no bs, fantastic lobster sandwiches
Lobby was filthy, trash was a cheeseburger wrapper away from overflowing. Staff was a little rude fixing my incorrect order.
