The staff members were extremely busy with serving dinner on Monday night. Today, the cell phone app did not process the order... correctly (see upper left corner of the attached image). Food isn?t displayed on the screen. Then, the staff member and themanager communicated about it in their own language after I arrived. Obliviously, no one knows what?s going on. However, theydid not communicate with me at all, but just yelled with their emotions ?you have to do it on your phone? when I tried to askhow I could get a refund. I ordered a Big Mac via Uber eats from this location; when it arrived it was 3 buns stacked on top of each other with lettuce... and mayo, no burger patty to be found. Obviously not great service. Read more
If you give an order Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, it's coming bunch of time with nothing!!! When you call, they claim... that your order is meatless without asking for the order number. Someone is doing something wrong! Read more
A complete disaster. I had a hard time getting along with anyone (I don't know why the staff kept ignoring me), my order was... mistaken twice. I waited 30 minutes for a regular single burger... and it wasn't made at the end. In the meantime, a dozen othermeals were released, my regular burger was gone. The cleaning lady was cleaning all the time, but only one of the two toiletswas working, and the other was annexed by a homeless man who tore the lock. He sat there for half an hour, it was scary to takeadvantage of it. So - by MD standards, this is a really bad place. Read more

Now that's what I called crispy! I usually only really order chicken nuggets from McDonald's, and this location certainly does... not disappoint. Service was as fast as McDonald's go. I'd definitely keep coming back here for the chicken nuggets. Read more
The employees were very nice, the food was amazing didn't make run right 2 the bathroom like every other McDonald's, the place... was clean, there was a digital menu that you could order from amazing 1st time I've seen that, the food was brought to ourtable, bathroom was clean, street parking only with meters 13 minutes for $.25, & you can order your food n Uber will drop itoff to you that's amazing never heard of that either. Was impressed definitely. The only things were the parking and littlechildren in high school acting a fool. Read more
The cashier kept messing up the order repetitiously. We had to correct the order three times and the order was still incorrect... when it was picked up. After Midnight, you have to order from the walk-up window and the menu is quite selective. It seems thatthe more expensive items are the only food items available. Read more
