Ordered the Uber eats pick-up order in advance However, the preparing time was longer than the estimates. It was postpone from... multiple times as I have arrived in the store and waiting for another 5 to 10 minutes. Both pizza and appetizer were freshlymade out of oven. Do not order from this business. They are utterly unprofessional. We ordered pizza from them and when we did a follow-up call... one hour after they said the food would be delivered, they had the audacity to yelled at us (the customers who were patientlywaiting one hour after the ETA time.) Needless to say, we canceled the order and are now taking our business elsewhere. Such ashame. Read more
My wife and I decided to give this establishment a try. We ordered their pizza and chicken wings with the expectation it would... be delivered in 30 minutes; as stated by the person I spoke with on the phone when placing the order. 30 minutes turned into 1.5hours. I called to find out where our order was. The person on the phone stated the delivery driver tried to call, and stood infront of the building waiting for me. This is impossible for two reasons. 1. I gave them my cell phone number which was with methe entire time. 2. I decided to wait downstairs in the lobby of my building so I could grab the food as soon as it arrived. Hadthe driver actually arrived I would have I explained this to the person on the phone only to have him yell at me that they are“busy” and that he doesn’t know what I want him to do. (Umm, maybe deliver the food in the time you said you would orapologies for the delay, not yell at me for not doing your job.). He also told me I should go back to my apartment and check themessages on my phone, because his driver left a message for me. I explained a second time the phone was in my hand the entiretime and still is, and there are no messages on my phone. Additionally, my building has 24/7 concierge, had his driver actuallyarrived at my building he could have left it with them as every other food delivery person who comes to our building does. Indisbelief at his unprofessional behavior I canceled the order and hung up. My wife and I really wanted to support this businessgiven they are Muslim and the food is halal. However, after such unprofessional behavior I can’t in good conscience ever dobusiness with this establishment again. I really hope they improve their service. Read more
Just an awesome little local pizza shop. Everyone working there is super friendly and wants to make sure you get exactly what... you want. The food is delicious, and they use mostly fresh ingredients that they cook up on the spot. I've gotten subs and pizzahere, and I absolutely recommend both! Read more
The best pizza and wings I’ve had in the Cambridge/Downtown Boston area. The food is wonderful and the service is amazing!... They have amazing prices as well. You can eat outside or takeout but this is definitely a must-go spot. Read more
