i come her all the time for bread cookies. How ever is one most filty places you can eat. They put all their dishes into one... place to clean it. ????More over one of so called managers of this named sean is worst person you can meet no customer serviceshe swears Angry all time. I have frequent this Panera over the last year. The service has been questionable. But upon my last visit, a manager who I've... never seen before, named "Sean", threat throw me out if I didn't purchase something less than 2 minutes after entering the storeand sitting down. That's a person of color, it's kind of selective treatment is not inducive to make want to spend my money in aplace of business so uninviting. Can't believe people give this place five stars. I guess they must be wealthy. But hey if you wanna spend $19 for a tiny little... bowl of Mac and cheese equivalent to the size of a donut then more power to you. This place is way overpriced. Won't be goingback anytime soon. Read more
I have subscription with Panera for Coffee. I come this afternoon/ coffee was cold, I asked them if they could change it out,... they told me that the Manager ( female) told them to not/. By the way I saw this manager sometimes here at this location/she?s unkind with customers and doesn?t smile at all. All other employees are much better than her. Last time I wanted to putmy phone number to get a coffee, she was yelling at me to remember to do so all the time. So unprofessional! I may even stopthat subscription. No need to feel depressed! Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. I just recently found out there was this one in Porter Sq. Needless to say, I?ve... been a very happy camper! It?s not without a few drawbacks though. Seating is confusing, I have trouble with stairs and it?s notalways easy to snag a table upstairs. They also don?t have any outdoor tables which I was a little sad about when I brought mydog one day. I?ve ordered and had stuff brought to my car and the orders have always been right. I think they should be harsheron making sure people are adhering to the 45min rule of staying at the tables on the top floor, on a busy day. Overall makes mefeel like I?m at my favorite shopping center from where I grew up! Read more
