Terrible service for overpriced, mediocre coffee. It's at the base of the stairs of the building too, so you feel like you're in... people's way while you're waiting for your order. Read more
Delicious bagels and spreads. Great vegan options. But overpriced. And a lot of the people who work here are rude, cold, and... never smile. It seems that they aren?t trained in hospitality and professionalism. I wish that they were more friendly towardscustomers (especially the regulars like me). Tasty sandwiches but pricey and excruciatingly slow. Avoid this place if you need to be anywhere in the next 20 minutes. There's... a lot of people behind the counter but they just seem to kind of stand around and not do much. Ordered an everything bagel 10 min later they told me they were all out and made it on a sesame bagel. I asked for salt or... seasoning and they said sorry! Try another restaurant. Ruined my whole day paying 6 dollars for a Dunkin? If you're taking... a tour of Harvard University, Pavement is located right where all the tours begin. I also like the fact that they do Cafe aulait really well. It sounds simple, but I've never had a great Cafe au lait at the chain stores. The food and sandwiches arealso really fresh and well made.
