i got the hot ones chicken burger. chicken was dry. kinda expected it because shake shack isn't the best place to get chickens... but i was hungry anyway so it was still a decent meal. cheese fries was spot on. the hot ones sauce are legit hot and i considermy spice tolerance high. i still give this place a 5 out of 5 because it was a very packed friday night, orders kept coming infrom every possible way but in the end i only waited less than 20 minutes for my order. the staffs really worked hard and iappreciate them. thanks shake shack harvard sq! The burger itself was very good, I had the smoke shack, the meat and bun were the stars of the show and the peppers were a very... cool addition that added a lot of flavor, but the bacon was less pronounced. The fries were ok, and the cheese or bacon on topof them wasn't very good (it's cheese sauce and not to my taste). Finally I had a chocolate shake that was quite good (maybe abit too sweet for me). Had the Hot ones with chicken bites and a milkshake, and my girlfriend had a normal shack with Apple cider donut shake. She... really liked the shake. I would probably have the normal shack burger next time, but overall it was still very good. Read more
I was skeptical about eating here but didn't want to continue wandering in the rain with kids in tow. I normally do not eat at... burger joints that pre-select your toppings. I had the Bourbon burger while my kids had some chicken pieces, both beating ourtaste expectations. We would come back . Read more

This Shake Shack is located just minutes walk from Harvard Yard. Its very busy and a bit chaotic as there are tons of people... around and most orders are via app or pick up. But there is a nice seating area on 2nd floor and couple table on the mainfloor. The burgers are very good.. I was told to expect very tasty burgers and thats what we got. The fries were ok, nothingspecial.. but burgers were delicious indeed. The shake was also very good and i tried it just to say I did, but was here for theburgers and they did not disappoint. Here's the best Shake Shack in Boston at least for me. They cooked the burgers and fries nicely and served very gently. And they... keep the tables clean. I have visited here several times and never been disappointed. Good foods with pleasant memories. Read more
We ordered food through the in-store Kiosk and entered our number. We were messaged that we will receive a text when the food is... ready. We went upstairs and waited but we never received the text. We went downstairs after 25 mins to check on our food, and wefound out that the food had been siting cold for a while. I think the communication part can be improved greatly and trainingshould be employed for better service. Read more
