Changing from 2 to 1 star because the service has gone downhill. Whoever places the orders on the counter doesn't put items... together anymore. You have to touch every order to find all your items because your food will be at one end but your drink nextto someone else's food. And today I get my food like this. Tired of the service here ---- This place needs to hire more help.Every single day they've backed up at 10am. Hire more help for the late morning - pay employees what they're worth and theworkers will come. Getting tired of waiting 20min for a mobile order. This was the filthiest Starbucks I?ve ever stepped foot in, which was surprising. It was obvious that students frequent this... location by the number of dirty shoe prints and bike tracks, but my goodness. How hard is it to do an occasional mop? As far as Starbucks locations go, this is a particularly nice venue. Pleasant cordial atmosphere in a handy location. ... Occasionally hard to get sat down inside with so many people parked at tables with their computers. Fabulous sitting areaoutside for when the weather is right. Read more
I didnt know there is a big Starbucks with plenty of outlets in Kendall square, it is a good spot to charge and spend a couple... of hours studying. The staff members have unwelcoming attitudes and they were rude by throwing orders everywhere. Just likeother reviews I agree with the lack of customer service. Read more
Who manages this place because it's a mess? There is absolutely no organization when it comes to the order counter. Food is... thrown upon other customers food. Drinks are not placed with the food. I had to ask if my drink was placed because I didn't wantto touch other people's orders and the worker told me, "I don't know". Word of advice for anyone going here - Don't. There areother Starbucks in the area. I placed a mobile order at 9:47 and had to wait until 10:10. Shut down mobile ordering if workerscan't handle the rush. Read more
