I came in on 2 occasions to order a Frappuccino an 1hr 1/2 before their closing time (7:00pm) and the employees said that they... already finished cleaning the tools they use so they can?t make my drink. My last visit there, I asked the employee why there isno consistency and she stated that it depends on who the employee is which isn?t helpful at all. Starbucks please fix thisissue. Read more

Ordered a tall nitro cold brew with sweet cream; was initially charged for a grande. Flavor was a little off (old coffee or... slightly sour sweet cream?), not as creamy as at a dedicated Starbucks. Waited several minutes for barista to appear behindcounter, no one was there initially. Read more

This Starbucks is inside a Star Market (grocery store) but the coffee and pasteries are as good as any other Starbucks.
Pretty novel, starbucks in a star market? Will not be going back! My grande was half full at best (even the whipped cream was an... inch under the lid). I know, I could have gone back and asked for more, but they were using the counter as a regular check out,and I didn't feel like waiting would be worth the trouble. Read more
