We were so happy to find Sulmona after seeing the long wait at Cafe Luna. The breakfast was delicious. We ordered skillet... pancakes, grilled banana bread, chocolate chip waffles, eggs Benedict, and the Italian countryman breakfast. Overall the foodand service were excellent. Our food server, Vanessa, did a great job, making extra strong iced coffee for my wife. Highlyrecommend for breakfast and brunch. Read more

Tasty food with decent portions and fair prices, but not really friendly staff. We went there for brunch and tried Porchetta... Hash, Prosciutto Cotto Eggs Benedict, and Italian Countryman breakfast. Our consensus was that their Eggs Benedict was thetastiest. We also tried the Bloody Mary, but it was too spicy and not much taste of tomato, I wouldn’t really recommend it.Overall, a nice place to have brunch in Cambridge, especially if you don’t have a reservation next door at Cafe Luna! Sulmona in Cambridge is great. The food is really good from the salads, to the pizza, to the pasta. In the summer they open the... windows and let some breeze in and it’s just overall a great vibe. Read more

I can't compare this restaurant to other brunch places in Boston (since this is the first one I've visited), but overall we... enjoyed a decent meal with nothing amazing to speak about. The prices here are also a bit high. The English muffins from thesmoked salmon were a little cold, but the dish was very flavorful and they were generous with the smoked salmon. The potatoes onthe side were also good but could've been a little bit crispier. The french toast with mascarpone and berry compote was a littledense and had a more eggy flavor than I was used to. The mascarpone and berry compote was very good though. My partner thoughtthe burger was solid. Read more

I've been here for brunch twice and both times were delicious. The tiramisu French toast and prosciutto eggs Benedict were well... worth it! The Bellini was a little lacking in peach flavor but still really good. The dining area seemed to fill up quickly soprobably worth making reservations. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area Read more

Recently came for dinner for a friends dinner and had a nice time at Sulmona. Cute interior with a floating Vespa and some... exposed Edison bulbs. We started with the Sunday sauce and the burrata, the burrata was delicious and served with pesto. TheSunday sauce was ok, the sauce was a bit bland as was the meatball but still good. For mains we all opted for pasta - thevongole, nonnas spaghetti, the amatratciana, and the wild boar ragú. All the past was delicious and home made which neverhurts. I got the amatratciana and it was pretty good. The sauce was ok, a bit bland and not spicy enough for me, and therewasn’t a ton of guanciale. The pasta was good. I also tried the ragú and that was delicious so absolutely recommend that andthat’s what I would get next time. My friends seemed to enjoy their dishes. They also made the birthday special by treating usto an apple tart with a candle which was so nice! Not a lot of places do that but it’s such a nice touch. The tart was alsodelicious Follow me on @ sophiaeaaats for more recs! Read more
