*MADISON K* Although it was busy we got seated right away. Ordered our drinks and she informed us of a bit of a wait on... drinks... It wasn't too long tho, the atmosphere was nice and it was clean, Madison K our waitress was very polite professionaland proficient. She made sure to check on us and attend to a few requests we had. Me and my 16 year old daughter went last night. I have always been a fan of the baby back ribs so I ordered the 1/2 rack and... mashed potatoes. The food came cold I mean very cold. I asked for some butter for my potatoes never got any. I did address thiswith the server. For almost 18.00 I only got a half rack of ribs and a small scoop of cold potatoes. I asked the server ifcoleslaw comes with the ribs she said no only with the full rack. Ok that's outrageous to pay all that for the small amount offood you get. She said she would bring me some coleslaw but charged me almost 2 dollars for a small little black cup! Our billwa 45.oo and all my daughter had was chicken strips and fries and we each had 1 soda. Total rip off in my eyes. Plus the ribshad little to no meat on them. We will definitely not be going back. Read more
Service was slow, not because it was busy, the bartender was slow. We sat at the bar ordered two beers to start she couldn't... just reach over grab 2 beers nope got side tracked for at least 10 minutes. We waited for sometime before she took our orderthan gave us our beers. When she got around to giving us our silverware she threw them down the bar at us. I suppose she wassaving herself a few steps. I thought to myself it is busy, but hmmm this seems to be a long wait for our food. Well with mybenefit of dought when we did receive our food it was cold, so I am guessing it sat waiting for someone to deliver it. Oh wellI'll choose somewhere else next time. Read more
Stopped in at 1 pm on a monday and it was packed, end of lunch hour. No wait to be seated, we ate off the 2 for 25 menu. My wife... had the asian salad!(I think) and I had the ribblets in sweet chili sauce. Better half loved her salad and I enjoyed theribblets. It also came with a appetizer. Service was good. Lost a star as there was a glitch with their "at table checkout"! Sowe sat for quite a while. Not waitresses fault, she knew we were done. Ordered a steak medium rare and it was fully uncooked, almost looked like they just browned the outside. Can't believe they quit serving Baked Potatoes! Servings are getting a lot smaller. My broccoli was only four small pieces. I... got the Chicken with Shrimp meal. You can hold back on the onions and add more broccoli. Also, the Red, White & Blue Cocktailis WAY to sweet. I couldn't drink it. Read more
I think this is the First time we've stopped at an Applebee's and wondered if we wanted to stay. There where more dirty tables... than clean tables. We had to wait for the hostess to clean a table for us to sit. There where at least 10 table with dishes andglasses that had not been bussed. At first we assumed they were short handed but there where between 8 and 10 employees in thefront of the house. And I assume 2 management. Not short handed. The food was good kind of forgot the Fries on my plate kind ofa small handful. Was not a normal Applebee's experience. 4 stars on atmosphere because it was FREEZING in there. Otherwise it was clean, the food was delicious and exactly to order, and... service was good. We were there around 4, had no wait and got good seating. Had to wait a bit for food, but it was worth thewait! Read more
