This is the third time now that I have gone through the drive thru and the same guy has pressed the tip button before handing my... card back. I always give a tip when I go here. But when your employees give themselves a tip it's basically stealing. You can'tget a consistently good drink in North Branch and Cambridge steals your money. Your doing great Caribou ???? Read more
I have been to this location many times. A few weeks ago When I was inside doing homework All I could hear was the staff... speaking poorly about upper management. Let me quote,?I?m sure he didn?t text me because he?s afraid of me?. Referring to amanager asking staff to come in early or cover a shift. How they did not like staff members that weren?t there and how theirboss doesn?t do a good job and does not like him. The words spoken were much more cruel than the way I?m speaking about it now.This is not someone customers should hear from across the store.. ever.. There have been two girls that work at this locationthat have been consistently rude every time I come into this location/ drive thru. Again today I went thru the drive thru and Igot the sliding screen slammed on me after paying because she was unhappy I was paying with the caribou app, very obviousattitude, only words out of her mouth were ?your paying with Apple Pay or a gift card (aggressively) because I was pulling upthe app on my phone and that was it, gave me the bakery items and then later handed me my drink and again slammed the slidingdoor. Every other time I get coffee not by these two girls it?s a smile or a your welcome when I say thank you or have a niceday but never anything nice or positive from two specific people at this location. I don?t think this type of job is right forthem and I don?t think working with the general public is a strong suit either. No care at all. I decided against going to aninterview at this location strictly for these exact reasons as well, I don?t ever want to work at a place with such disrespecttowards upper management or people who are so blatantly rude. Great atmosphere, yummy cold brews, but only one person making ALL of the drinks drive thru and inside! (We felt really bad for... him.) took a LONG time to get two cold brews. They had new employees being trained in but we didn't understand why the manageron want making drinks too.... Read more
I?m not sure about other drinks, but the crafted presses are always half full and taste awful. This location is super close to... my house so I keep hoping that it?s just an off-day when I get a bad drink, but it?s every time now and I won?t be able to visitthis location any longer because it?s honestly a waste of money. I got a drink today and it was so bad that I ended up throwingit away, which is super sad because I don?t like wasting coffee (or the $5 that it cost). I also added a picture of the ?medium?caramel crafted press how I received it (half full; it was also chocolate, not caramel). Go to the one in Isanti. My order is correct maybe half the time. Cup is always extremely underfilled. I don't know how my drink... tastes different every time I order. Edit: tried again today, here is how far they filled my cup. Completely ridiculous Read more
I dropped my freshly made drink on the ground and I called and the maneger was so amazing!! Got me a new one and was so nice!!
