Went through the drive thru on the way home. Order was accurate. It took a little while to receive the order, but it was... correct when it arrived. We love that you can get gluten free buns at Culver's. Read more
Good burgers, order was accurate. Plan ahead if you're heading here to eat around lunch. Car drive-thru line was easily 20-25... minutes, at no fault of the restaurant. That's cook-to-order speed. Read more
A bit disappointing today. The burger bun seemed stale. Fries were cool. Also surprisingly the staff...who all looked high... school age were not clean, hats had sweat band stains, aprons soiled, shirts, pants etc rumbled. Culver's in general and thislocation usually reminds me of 1950s burger joints. Staff and their clothing look fresh and clean. Management please remindstaff to where freshly washed uniforms every day...hats can go in the washer. Use soap and shampoo in the shower. Groom yourhair. Be the example this brand is known for. Remember your future boss might the person you are serving...make a great first,second....impression. Read more

Ordered a couple of burgers, a large order of fries, a kids meal w/a scoop of ice cream, and a smoothie at the drive through.... Lines are always long so a wait is expected and totally fine, but I think I got forgotten. 20-25 min later I was handed my foodafter the dozen or so folks behind me cleared out. Burgers were fine, but they gave me a kids meal order of fries. He handed mea dish of chocolate soup and then had to run back and grab the smoothie that got missed. It was also wrong and totally melted,but the kid took off so fast I couldn't say anything. It was busy enough that parking was hard to find. It just wasn't worthwasting any more of my time. Horrible experience this time around!!! Normally they always mess up on something of my family order. I double checked... everything before heading home other then forgetting the sauce everything looked right. I was sooo wrong my burger was so pink,the fries were soggy and really brown and i asked to use the kids coupon for the free scoop whitch they ended up charging us forit. Ya the offered a replacement meal but was already a late dinner for us so we didn't want to run back up there. Read more
It's been a long time since I've been in. Now I remember why I've gone from 3-4 times per week to 3-4 per year. Ordered 3 meals.... In drive thru. They forgot the salad. While figuring out the one sitting there was mine. All the rest of my food was at bestwarm when I got home. Seriously 6 of my last 7 orders now have been messed up. I have more meal coupons...which I will neveruse. That's never been the point. Get the orders right. That's all I want Read more
