Horrible service. I have tired this location at least 6 times and every taco I get soft or crunchy taco it is soggy and the meat... is so poorly made. The lettuce is wilted and slimy. The staff is hit and miss if you get someone nice. I was so excited for aTaco Bell but this is a let down. Won?t ever go back to this location. Taco johns soon will be rolling in the business with thispoor quality Taco Bell is having. They should have put a Chick-fil-A there not a Taco Bell. Read more
I work in fast food so I know how to treat customers? what happened here last night took my by surprise I was shocked!?The girl... who took our order at 11pm was talking to us in a very strange high pitched (annoying) voice and then a male took our payment soit was clear they were doing it as a joke? not very respectful or professional and I think the managers should be aware of whatis going on. I was excited I didn?t have to drive to elk river for Taco Bell anymore but I guess I?ll have to from now on. My boyfriend got... two Doritos Locos Tacos and both of them were broken to the point of not even being able to eat them. The rest of the food waslukewarm at best and tasted old. The only thing that seemed fresh were my fiesta potatoes, which they did not even give me afork for. Hardly had two words spoken to us at the window, didn?t ask if we wanted sauces or anything. I don't like that you have to order from the kiosk or your phone. But the staff was polite. Didn't take too long for our order.... The food was good. They seemed fully staffed. This is a newer store and they already have it down. Grateful to see peopleshowed up for work. Read more
Food was mediocre.The store was NOT GREAT. Dirty tables (couldn't find a clean one) bathrooms were disgusting, and they couldn't... even get our order right. And the garbages were overflowing. I will probably not return. Although it was funny listening to thelady next to me swear and cuss at the ordering computers. ???? Read more
Im loving it here so far and I love how modern the dining area design is! One negative thing I had was that the Pepsi dispenser... was empty and when I went to let them know, they explained what happened. What makes me keep my 5 star rating is they gave me areplacement drink without me having to ask. Awesome customer service, they're quick and the employees are very kind. Read more
I ordered food for 3 through the drive through at the Cambridge location. The wait time was okay and the staff was fantastic on... the intercom and at the window. They deserve 5 stars for that, but the items I received hardly matches what I ordered. I wasunaware of this at the time as I already made it home. Spent 34 dollars to have 10 dollars worth of those items to be correct.How embarrassing. I would recommend taking business to the north branch location as I've never had an issue there. Read more
