While I was waiting in line, I witnessed the staff on duty expertly handle a dissatisfied customer. The customer was using all... kinds of profanity but the dude working fryer and being a shift lead? handled the situation like a pro. The young man at theregister was kind and apologetic but that was unnecessary in my opinion. I was fine with waiting patiently. I gave my order andmy food came out swiftly. I do mean swiftly. And correct. Five stars all around. I've always been a fan of Wendy's but the crewworking the noon lunch that day are champions. I've been in their situation many times. Will definitely return. Point of sale screen didn't accurately display my total, the employee didn't accurately articulate my total. The booth we sat in... was sticky. The buns were crumbly like the were older or something. There was dried out hand soap on the counter in thebathroom. But there was plenty of time for the employees to get some screen time while I was eating. Placed order via mobile app. Line was so long upon approach. Dining room closed. IDK why this place can't keep/obtain staff. 3-4... cars left the line while waiting forever in the drive thru. I approached speaker, told of my mobile order, told to drive ahead.Got to window & just sat there for nearly 10 minutes. Nobody was left at the place. I asked what was taking so long (so much forspeedy service via ordering ahead) & was told was waiting on beef. I couldn't believe I'd been the only person there for nearly10 minutes & they still hadn't had my 2 burgers then he says "you have the big order right?" to which I reply "no, I'm themobile order" .. He looks down and sees my bag right there .. it had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. He handsto me and utters a weak "sorry", closes the window and that was it. The food here is great but service is ridiculously slow &they have been understaffed for years. Read more

Pub burger is very good, however one of the orders had cheese on it and was asked to leave it off. Both were missing the... pickles. Pub fries very good. Food was hot. Drive thru was the only option and the line was long and it took 20 minutes toorder, then additional 10 to get the order filled. Read more

I rarely eat fast food anymore but this takes the prize as a reason to NOT return: Poorest window service ever. She mumbled... something then I heard nothing for over 8 minutes. I said, "am I to order now?" She said in a minute. 4 minutes later shecame back. I ordered. Pulled around the corner and sat another 5 mins behind someone still waiting for their food.... unreal!I gave up! Went across the street and with 5 cars in front of me I thought, ugh, here we go again.... To my delight I wasthrough the line and on my way in under 5 minutes. May not be what I wanted for dinner but anything is better than waiting fornothing at Wendy's! Kudos to Taco Bell! Read more

If you see any reviews over the past 6 months (or basically since Covid) it will be about the same. If you get lucky and the... drive through is not busy you are likely to give 3 stars. But like most times the drive through is busy because the indoorseating area hasn't been open for MULTIPLE MONTHS and there's been a note on the door saying sorry about it but that's it. Thedrive through often has notes that say the restaurant is closing early that day or that they are out of certain foods (chickensandwiches??). Once you wait at least 30 min in a busy drive through you will get your order taken by someone who seems to havejust been trained earlier that day, and then the food that they give you will most likely be wrong, in our experience we justhad, none of our special requests were followed by the workers and this caused all of our food choices to be wrong. Just closethe doors Wendy's, it's not worth it anymore, you can't keep using Covid as an excuse for laziness. Read more

I went to this location today and my service didn't even deserve one star. I ordered a biggie bag with the Jr bacon... cheeseburger, I noticed they forgot the burger so I go back through the drive thru to have them correct it. I thought it wasgonna be all good but they forgot the bacon and lettuce!! I had to go through the line again and I was pretty upset at thatpoint so I asked if they could refund my meal. They only refunded the price for the burger which I honestly think is prettysad!! I shouldn't have had to go through THREE TIMES to get my order correct. They were extremely rude and very confrontationalwith me too!!! And when I asked where my CORRECTED burger was, they told me I'd have to pay for it!!!!!! They should have justgiven me my correct burger to begin with!!!! Any other place would have done their best to make it right. Here they do not dothat. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!! Why refund me the burger and not give me the burger I wanted to make up for theirmistakes?????? It was their fault I had to go through THREE times, not mine. And in the past they would not give you fresh foodeither. I usually have to go through twice for them to make me fresh fries. When they got their new fries they were advertisingthem to be HOT every time or they'd remake them. This location is the worst. Read more

Rudeness and incompetence! In my experience, fast food establishments return your credit card with a receipt before you receive... your food! This is not the case at the Wendy?s in Cambridge, Mn. The Frosty was good but the service left a bitter taste and noapology or anything for making us drive back and wait to retrieve it once we realized we hadn?t gotten it or a receipt!
