You may think a burger is just a burger, until you try the burgers here. I don't really like beef. I usually just eat the burger... because it has protein in it and I like the cheese and other fixings. But the beef in this burger was delicious and cooked justthe way I asked (which seems to be outside the skill set of almost every cafe cook in a 50 mile radius, actually). The bun was abrioche bun which was extremely tasty. It wasn't just a bread sponge like most burgers you get around here. There were sauteedmushrooms and onions on my burger and they had a smoky, char-broiled taste which was perfect. Instead of just something to putin my face, this burger was delicious. Excellent sandwitchs and subs. Get way more then you pay for on most items on the menu, always taste great, and prices are very... low. I personally love the bufflo chicken sandwitch, the cordon bleu, and the philly, which all are huge and filling. Subs areabout two meals worth at times, and burgers and breakfast sandwitches are both large and cook with real care. Also do great hotmeals daily, which are a nice option for lunch or dinner. Staff are all locals who try hard to do what they can for customers.Only thing is if near a meal time, like around noon, or close to 5 or 6, you may have to wait due to popularity and just thenumber of orders being worked. We stopped here for lunch on our way to Albany airport and so glad we did. The food was excellent. One of the best burgers... I've had and my husband loved his sandwich. Fries were good, too. The owner was super nice and made sure we were happy withour meal. Wished we lived there so we could eat there more often! Highly recommend! Read more
