Our third time and the last time, always an hour wait for the food and always served cold, and always empty restaurant and slow... service, it was monday!!!!!! The wings cold, the fries, the burger, only got one soda drink, never refill, clearly it has amanagement problem, cause the servers keeps taking orders and serving the food when they are free to go to the kitchen and thefood is ready waiting in the kitchen so they served cold food I mean my bbq sauce was fridge cold, even take out orders tookforever, customers and door dashers waiting for an insane wait time for the food, if you want a hot dinner or are hungrydefinitely this is not the place, BWW Cambridge Ohio, ???????????????????????? Sat at the bar ordered appetizers then was never spoke to again. Never got to order our actual food. Someone tell Misty it isn?t... a crime to smile or ask how your apps or meal is. We came in before the rush. Really wish there was a Roosters in town. Read more

Just awful. The burgers were crispy and overly salty. The fries were cold, and the kid?s mac and cheese looks like it had sat... for the entire day. We went to a different location last week and had the best burgers ever eaten at a fast food establishment.Sad there isn?t consistency across the board. Read more
It's been a while since coming here but the food has definitely come a long way. The only thing I don't like about the Cambridge... Ohio location is the hosts (took 5 min to be even seated and it wasn't busy) and customer service ( we felt like we wasbothering them by showing up). Read more
When others stores in the same state can divide tables, provide good service and the food you order, this is an issue. I ordered... mile bone out. Got hot. I asked for mild again. I got hot... again. I then asked for bone in, all drum. I was not informed of ashortage. Then when food showed up had 50/50 mix. I told them to forget it. Then, despite not one person watching a game and 3different tables wanting another game on that TV, they refused. Some flawed story about years ago making someone upset. I ask,does it make any more sense to now make 3 tables of paying customers upset? To he fair, the district manager finally came in,switched the TV and comped most everything. Update***** David Moore was our server tonight and provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service! This place was previously HORRIBLE with... the service & waiting to be greeted at the front door in months past. We decided to give it a fourth try and were pleasantlysurprised. Food was very face, refills were filled quickly and conversation between server and us were pleasant. We appreciategood service and love BWW! Keep the horrible, unhappy servers away and keep the good ones PLEASE!!! We will continue to frequenthere if this service is the foundation of this place! Thanks again David! I ordered all flats and they gave me one (1) flat and all drums. I also ordered two (2) sides of ranch and did not receive them.
