Food always seems to be fresh everytime I go and the customer service is ten times better then mcdonalds.

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks, my bacon double cheeseburger had no bacon on it and only three... small pieces of lettuce and two of them was really hard pieces, and the mozzarella sticks were dry & burnt. I am so absolutely appreciative of the Burger King on 209. We are not Celiac, but we try to avoid gluten as much as possible. We... often order burgers without bread at Burger King and most locations refuse to put the condiments on our hamburgers. The BurgerKing on 209 is more than happy to accommodate us most of the time and it makes me so happy for me and my kiddos! I want to thankyou from the bottom of my heart for doing this for us! ****If Burger King is ?have it your way? then why can we not have ourburgers our way without bread and put the condiments ?ON TOP? of the burgers? The packets DO NOT taste the same and it is muchmore appetizing to have the condiments put on top of our burgers. It?s the way the flavors all blend together when the burgersare warm to make the perfect combination. I feel discriminated against every time our family orders at Burger King and theyrefuse to put condiments on our burgers if we order our burgers without bread. If Burger King is truly ?have it your way? andwe are paying for our food, why can we not have our burgers our way with condiments ?ON TOP? and no bread? If Burger Kingdoesn?t want to let us have our burgers our way with no bread and condiments ?ON TOP? they don?t want our money. On my way to the airport I was in a hurry. My wife opened her sandwich and it was burnt. It was not worth eating, we had to toss... it when we arrived. The sad thing is whoever cooked it, knew it was burnt. Read more

One of the best Burger King's I've ever visited they are super super clean and the food was absolutely awesome made to... perfection! And all the workers were dressed professionally and doing their jobs???? and if the Pilot truck stop is all backedup as usual you can come and park in the shopping plaza I understand until next April when they start opening stores back up inthe mall.
