Worse customer service. Lobby and lights on with workers just chillin. Doors open so went in to order and told not open until... 7am. Well lock doors and change hours. It would have been good to just take my order but guess doing nothing is more importantto the am crew on phones. Read more
They have some great back in the day foods and some new and delicious foods around and if you use some the app it's gets even... better ! Read more
Always busy but they get ya through as fast as they can food quality is good and they were friendly
Wasn't too busy at the time we stopped by. Pleasant staff. Food was fine.
We ordered on the kiosk and took a plastic ?tent? with our order number, as instructed, to await our order, which was supposed... to be delivered to our table. Waited and waited. Finally came to the counter where our food had been sitting for a while and wasnow barely warm. We were told they haven?t used that system since COVID. The plastic ?tents? have just been sitting there fortwo and a half years, not to mention three signs saying to use them? We were also told we entered the wrong number, despite thereceipt saying otherwise. So unless you want disgustingly cold food served by lying staff, find another McDonald?s franchise. Read more
I don't like fast food, so a little bias. But, facts are facts, and here are the facts of what I experienced: McDonald's used to... be famous for their fries. Well, I've only ate at McD's twice in the last 3 or so years, and both times the fries were notsalted and once they were not done and this time they were burnt. So much for the golden crispy. The Coke that used to tasteuniquely good at McD's was flat as could be. Yuck! The hot fudge sundae was good though! At this point, I hope I don't have toeat at another McDonald's anytime soon. They seriously need at least 4 people working from midnight on. I waited in line for 30 mins before being acknowledged only... because I ordered and paid for on app. I counted 6 cars leave in the 30 minute time frame. Where's the help at for these poorgirls that are trying? Read more
