Made me a huge club sandwich. Excellent, balanced flavor.
Was told I needed to order on the app to get my rewards. I did so. My order printed immediately and it beeped until someone... got it. They then waited on 8 or 9 customers that were not in line before making mine. Then sat it in a corner. I'm waitingthere the entire time. They waited on 2 more people after that. If I could give a zero, I would! We ordered a large party tray for a bridal shower. It was to be ready by 10:00. We gave them... over a weeks notice but when we came in to pick it up, it was never done. The guy working had no idea how to make one and saidhe doubted there was enough bread anyway. He tried multiple times to call the manager, but she never answered her phone orreturned his calls. Thankfully, Riesbecks was able to put together a quick meat and cheese tray for us. While we were inRiesbecks the Subway manager finally called and said someone would go in and make the tray. This was at about 11:00 - party wasto start at noon. Not a participating location for the coupons, that's a big no no for me when a restaurant puts coupons out and one of them... doesn't except them. Staff looks filthy and with bad attitudes. Won't be back at this location again. Read more
Always smiling faces, fresh food
I had a terrible experience here today at the location inside Cambridge Walmart. The girl that made my subs was not pleasant.... She was rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked to have my bacon warmed up and not the whole sub toasted. I had to ring the bellto get their attention and when she came out she sighed and said will someone get out here and help me. Her name was nicki and Ido not recommend coming here and if you do, make sure you get a different person to make your food. Read more
The subway by the hospital is much better
The manager/ employee was rude because we came in within 25 minutes of closing. When making requests for our sandwiches she... rolled her eyes or glared at us. Then when trying to use a coupon through the app she claimed she had no way of honoring it. Weate quickly and cleaned up after ourselves because we've worked in service industry. Under the hawkeye of the manager we leftalmost 10 minutes till 9 (their closing time.) She proceeded to follow us out and slammed the gate shut when we literally were 1foot from the entry. Then she started walking into Walmart. I guess we delayed her shopping despite leaving almost 10 minutesprior to closing time. Read more
