This Wendy's is really bad. The person at the drive thru was not friendly, and just wanted the order to end. They forgot a... straw. The baked potato was old, and dry. The butter was cracking from being old. Just all around bad. Read more

I want to commend Wendy?s on 209 for putting the condiments on top of our burgers when we order them without bread. I can?t even... tell you how much our family appreciates this! We are not celiac but we try to avoid gluten as much as possible. Wendy?s onWheeling refuses to put the condiments on top of our burgers time and time again if we order our burgers without bread. Thissaddens us so much as it is our money and we feel discriminated against when this establishment refuses to put our condiments onour burgers. The packets DO NOT taste the same and it is much more appetizing to have the condiments put on top of our burgers.It?s the way the flavors all blend together when the burgers are warm to make the perfect combination. I feel discriminatedagainst every time our family orders burgers and they refuse to put condiments on them if we order our burgers withoutbread. If Wendy?s doesn?t want to let us have our burgers our way with no bread and condiments ?ON TOP? they don?t want ourmoney. In my humble opinion out of the major fast food burger chains, ex. McDonald's, Burger King etc., Wendy's has the best and... freshest tasting burgers and the drive thru at every Wendy's I've ever been to has always been fast and accurate compared to theother burger chains. Read more
