I go to this A&W a lot. Mostly because it's the only fast food chain in Mount Forest but also because I like it. The All... Canadian breakfast is fantastic and you can get it to go. A&W is pretty good all around I just wish you could get ice in yourdrink. They believe ice ruins the taste of their root beer....they are wrong. I've would make it better. A little known factabout A&W. It is the oldest fast food chain. Been around since the depression I believe. You would think they would know thatice is good in any cold drink including their root beer. ;) Read more
Ordered large DD coffee, person in front ordered med 1 C she gave her my coffee she must of taken a sip because when I got it... lid was opened. So I removed the lid tried it no sugar she must of got DD. Not friendly at window like the old manager she isvery friendly. Read more

20 min wait for a $45 order, had to correct 3 times and and found 2 more things when opening the order and was cold because of... the wait. As I was correcting the girl at cash, the supervisor finally came over and basically did nothing to help her, as shewas clearly lost with the orders. The food was made to the minimum standard, A&W food is good but this location was not. Read more
The food is always great if they serve your order correctly. At night there is one female worker who is always rude and has an... attitude, she always gets the order wrong. I?ve had many great experiences with this A&W but that female Worker has got to go. Read more
Well staffed this Sunday afternoon. Sweet potatoes fries were rubbery could have been cooked longer. Next time I?d ask for well... done. I always love the Cajun spice shaker and no extra charge for sauces such as chipotle mayo which is delicious. Overallquite clean and always a pleasant and bright dining room. Would recommend for a good burger and fries experience. They also havesome cute A&W bear collectables, and take home root beer and spice for sale. Read more
Ordered a BLT chicken combo with a poutine, six chicken nuggets, two papa burgers with cheese, onion, rings, and drinks. Ended... up waiting for about 10 minutes then they came out and said they dropped the chicken nuggets on the floor so had to make morewhich took even longer than when I got home there is no BLT chicken burger, but I had everything else now cold because I had towait so long.
