Came here for my birthday lunch today! Food was great and came out quickly. Good portions and everything was hot. The waitress... was super kind. The only reason a star is missing is because of a couple small things (we didn’t have utensils at first forour food, table wasn’t cleared super periodically so a fair amount of dirty app dishes and such built up, my whole tableagreed that the tap water tasted weird, etc…) but that’s not a big deal by any means and I’ll likely come back. Amazing service on a weekday afternoon. It was our kid's birthday and they made it extra special with a fun dessert.
The good: their Spicy Perogy Pizza was delicious as always, and that's the only reason they got 3 stars. Also, our "to go" order... was ready on time which was good service. The bad: they did not add extra sour cream as per our order. However, the worst partwas the wings. They weren't good at all - they were dry and overdone. Would not recommend their wings at all. We had an amazing time here! They were able to accommodate my entire family of 14 very nicely. We not only ordered main meals... but appetizers, and desserts and they were extremely organized on all the orders and cleaned up after we finished certaindishes. I'm giving 2 ?s because of the waitress otherwise they would have got only one. I ordered a New York steak ???? and supposedly... it's marinated for 28 days????, this was the worst steak I EVER had anywhere it was never marinated at all they basicallydumped spices on top and grilled. The mashed potatoes tested like it was cooked in engine oil bad really bad test into it didn'teven touch it, the gravy looked like jelly their vegetables tested like it was stored for a week sour and bad the waitress didnot charge me for the steak however if you go to Boston Pizza Maybe stick to the pizza and maybe they should remove the New Yorksteak out of their menu really bad experience, I wanted to end this review on a good note ????, We were greeted by the waitressWendy she made sure my Caesar salad & garlic bread with cheese was awesome.????????????. Its nice to see there's still hope for Boston Pizza! After going to the bingmans location, this was such a pleasant experience.... Friendly staff and good service. Just really cold inside! The napkins were blowing around our table! The food wasn't bad either!Just looked a bit sad. Overall, very good for Boston Pizza! Read more
This was my second time at a BP and my husband's first. We brought a family member visiting from out of town with us for dinner.... It took almost 10 minutes after being seated to have drink orders taken, so we were mildly unimpressed by this as it wasn't verybusy in the restaurant or in our section. However, our server was very kind and attentive once we met them, and the food waswonderful. We were all impressed by the portion sizes and quality for the prices. Will definitely have to come back sometime! Read more
