We had reservations for 20 for a birthday gathering. Very poor experience. 1 waitress working, for 20 people. Waitress was... very unprofessional. No follow up on how food was, forgot 2 kids meals. I totally understand it may have been overwhelming,but ask for help. Management... I felt should have either helped or called to cancel our reservation as he wasn't able tohandle a group of this size. Read more

I haven't been to Boston pizza in probably about 8 years but the food has really gone downhill. The gluten free pizza used to... have a square dough and was amazing. Now it's a cauliflower crust which is bland and very tough and at $20 it's not worth it.The spicy pierogi pizza doesn't look like it used to either. The service was terrible. I stood around waiting for my takeout fora while before anyone asked me if I wanted to be seated or what the name was on my order or anything. Read more
Last 3 times we have been here the service has been atrocious. Different server every time but all seem like they are on their... first shift. Super slow. Last night we waited so long for our food that I ordered a second beer. The beer came when we werefinished our meals and waiting for the bill. So I sent that back. Food decent when it finally came. Think we will spend theextra 5 minutes driving and go back to Waterdown next time. Read more
Very nice chicken Pecan salad. But didn't really enjoy it. Since the outdoor area where we sat was a total mess. Cigarette butts... all over the ground, also food. It was just very dirty. Not a very inviting environment or atmosphere. Then we looked at theplates she brought, they were very dirty also. My friends and I will never go back. I have gone to all the local Boston Pizza eateries and absolutely love them all. The food is always top notch. The service is... great (the staff seem happy). I do wish it was a little more reasonably priced. I don't go that often because of thatunfortunately. All and all, it's always a great experience ???????? Read more
Initially told wait time (Friday 630 pm) would be 40 minutes. Didnt see enough people sitting, so decided to wait. Called our... name 10 minutes later to be seated. Food is always freshly prepared and good. Had to ask for a lot of things (cutlery, napkins,to place my order, check). Just seemed to be slightly disorganized for how busy it was. Maybe new staff (?), but higher ratingsimply because of the food quality. Read more
Great food and the waitress was really nice. BP is one of our favourite places, my kids love to eat here. We try to go every... other Tuesday. Todays visit was a bit disappointing my kids order drinks and when they were drinking they noticed the glasseswere really dirty almost looks like dried chocolate, you can scrap it off whatever it was with your straw and it was not a smallspot it was all over the glass ( see picture below ) Other then the glass it was good.
