Going for a quick treat and snack turned into a 45 minute waste of time and money. I'm easy going and am not putting this on the... staff who were doing their best under the circumstances... the owner needs to take proper care of this place. They were out offries, to which many customers had coupons for and were leaving angry. The blizzards took a long time, mine was so full I had toask for a second cup which I scraped it into and it filled half way. More icecream is always nice, but it was just sloppy andtoo much to handle. The orders of pretzels (which are the reason I came) were drenched in oil, missing the queso dip. Theemployees all vanished for 5m while I waited to ask for the dip. They only had 1 left despite me having 2 orders which is okay,but they microwaved it in the plastic container with the lid on for so long the plastic was warped and melting. The only 2people there seemed very stressed, which is understandable considering they were short on food, staff, and dealing with a floodof disappointed customers. The place is a mess, falling apart. Loose wood, spider webs, and cracked tiles everywhere. The ownertruly needs to get control of their business, manage their inventory and take care of the building a staff properly - especiallyjust after a coupon release in the mail. The food was good, just it's slower than other "fast food" places which is fine since they are making it to your order. The area... they have you wait is small and gets a little crowded as more people come in to order and pick up their food, then you have tocross over the line of people to fill your drink which is awkward as you have to find a place to put your food down since Ididn't get my drink cups prior to my food and had to ask for them. This place just needs a little TLC and maybe renovation, tomake it more customer friendly since it is able to stay open all year with its food. Read more
Decided to check out new stacked menu (burgers) I usually love Dairy Queen hot eats however today was just an ok visit. 2... stacked burgers, i poutine, 1 pop and 1 large cone came to approx $30. Not worth $30 because the gravy was the most watery gravyI?ve ever been survey, burger Pattie?s dried out and they couldn?t scan my points app. Read more
Love this place not only for the ice cream treats, BUT for the REAL GRILLED burgers and other foods. One of my favorite places... to eat FAN FOOD. 2 double cheese burgers for $7 or single for $5 at the moment. Read more
The blizzard was amazing!! Extra full & delicious ???? and super tasty! Strawberry ???? blizzard with Oreo cookies my... favorite! The only thing I would say is the service is very slow. I waited almost 10 mins in line and there was only 1 customerahead of me picking up a cake. When I went for my birthday a few months ago, my spouse pre-ordered a cake and the staff thatday were unorganized. They said pick a cake, we said we ordered it already. They disappeared then came back and asked what wewould like. We said again we already ordered a cake ???? then they found the order. Everyone is friendly but need moreconfidence.
