I?ve gone here only a couple of times, it is very quiet and nice inside, however most of their drinks are quite bitter. I am not... sure if that?s just because of my taste buds or something else. If you like sweet things, I recommend you add extra sugar andmilk or go somewhere else. But if you prefer things not too sweet, this is for you! However their hot chocolates are just right! We were at the cafe for breakfast today. Vanilla latte was good but the barista has made it to hot. So the latte became flat... with no foam on it. We explained the barista how to make a perfect cup. He seems to be a nice person and was ready to learn. Welike the place and will go again. Read more

Please add a ramp for those who have strollers or wheelchairs!!! I really enjoy their lattes but getting into the cafe is kind... of a mission for someone with a stroller. After ordering, leaving with a drink is very difficuly. If im lucky, a customer willget the door for me. Then I'll need two hands to get the stroller down the step but if I put my latte in the cup holder, itspills when I go down the step. Usually the staff is kind enough to bring it out for me but sometimes they will decline as theyare too busy. Read more

Me and my kid were out for a walk and decided to have a coffee and Hot Chocolate. I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt... that it was by far the best cup of coffee ive had in a long time if not ever .and yes of course ill be going back next time imin the neighborhood. Read more

Unfortunately, my experience here was poor. I had browsed their online menu before coming here and was excited to see that some... of their sandwich options came with gluten free bread and also their prices were very fair. When I arrived at the cafe, I wassurprised to see the prices 30% higher than those on the website?s menu and they had no gluten free bread option. I proceeded toorder a chicken caesar and veggie wrap. I was shocked to discover both wraps were packed with iceberg lettuce and sauce, whilethe other toppings were either completely missing or very scarce. I do not believe the price paid reflected the quality. I tryto support these small local businesses but its becoming increasingly more difficult. When we pay to eat out we expect theeffort put into the food prepared to be better than what we could make ourselves at home. Edit: I'm very confused how thisestablishment accumulated over 300 reviews in a week? If there is no association between Creme Cafe and Grind House, pleaseremove the misleading link to the website on Google. A website and Google reviews help people with dietary restrictions plantheir visit ahead of time. Other than the iceberg lettuce, the ingredients were so incredibly scant that it felt like they weremissing altogether. If I wrote a private email, I don't doubt you would've made things right for me. However, the point ofGoogle reviews is to guide the decisions of other visitors and hope the business owner can make it right for everyone who walksthrough the door, not just one dissappointed visitor.
