The entire restraunt was disgusting. Every table was dirty. I had to ask for one of them to be cleaned so my family could sit... dow. Garbage every where, condiment and drink station was a disaster and behind the counter was just as bad. French fries weresoggy and the yogurt tubes were out of the fridge sittinf on the counter. I watched a worker put one of those yogurt tubes intomy son's happy meal box. Over all filthy and disgusting. Read more

The food is great, but regardless of how and when you order it they always park you. I wish McDonald's would stop with the... competition on which store wins for fastest drive thru time because they are all falsely inflating their numbers to "win" butit's horrendous for the customers who should be #1 priority. Went to the McDonald?s after shopping and got a large fry and wanted some Big Mac sauce to dip my fries in. Container came maybe... a fifth full. Went to ask if I could get more cause this definitely wasn?t the amount I usually get when I visit the otherlocations. They denied and said I had to pay for more, 50 cents isn?t much but at least give me enough to finish my fries??????? Manager didn?t even seem to bother to look at the container before saying no so definitely a bit disappointed. Go to theHespeler road one, they?re better. Read more

My family and I received incredibly rude and disrespectful treatment upon making our order, without cause, from a manager at... this location. Further, when we received our order, we noticed a mistake for which the manager didn't apologize or evenacknowledge when we brought his attention to it. Instead, he chose to antagonize us. The food and drinks were alright, but theservice was incredibly disappointing and definitely ruined our meal. In my opinion, it is surprising that this man is in amanagement position, representing McDonald's - total lack of customer service and even basic decency. He's been working in thisposition for quite some time now, and his attitude has clearly gone unchecked. This location is not one which we typically orderfrom, and will definitely not visit again after this experience. I'm sure this manager has insulted many customers before us andwill continue to do so going forward. I hope that this complaint is brought to his attention because some changes need to bemade. Took my kids for the first time at this McDonald's the setup and food are the standard of McDonald's. What makes this McDonald's... get 5 stars from me is all because of the manager "John C". He took his time to speak with my kids and treat them with kindness.At one point I am not sure when I left my credit card at one of the kiosk. I got home to find the manager found me on Facebookand messaged me saying he found my card and kept it safe. He was respectful kind and went out of his way to help me. Johndeserves to be noticed for that and I hope someone higher up reads to know what a great team leader they have at that location. Read more

Edit: Did talk with someone there, they were apologetic. In reality this location is good, and like I've said, most of the... orders are usually always right. Mistakes happens. I'm sure it won't happen again. I changed the rating. Keep up the goodwork. Not sure what happened here.... normally orders are right from this location but today, I added cheese to my Jr ChickenSandwich, however it came without the chicken patty! What? Never noticed till I got home! Will change my rating as soon as it isrecitfied. Read more
