The manager Cathy is the most disrespectful worker. It is sad they have someone like that representing their restaurant. Such... bad customer service. I got so much attitude, and she even hung up on me while I was speaking on the phone. McDonald?s needs anew manager.. enough said. Read more
Placed order at drive-through. Ordered a sandwich by the name matching a photo on the display board. The person taking the order... repeated back a DIFFERENT SANDWICH NAME. We told them they had the wrong sandwich. We repeated our order again. They responded a2nd time saying the wrong sandwich. We corrected them a 3rd time. They repeated it correctly. I've never gotten anything fresh or good from here. I just got 2 meals and our bacon was burnt to a crisp. my chicken was burnt.... Fries were cold and barely cooked, when I asked for new fries they gave me more cold fries that were just sitting under the hearlamp. The boxes were warmer from the hear lamp than the fries were. Iknow this isn't a 5 star restaurant, but when I'm paying$30 bucks for 2 meals, I expect it to be more appetizing. Read more

It's tuesday 9:12am main & dundas branch no one is ordering in the drive thru but the indian lady won't use my code for the... $1+tax ANY SIZE drink on the app. She's acting like a toddler. All i wanted she uses my code for $1 any size ice coffee/fountaindrink. Read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would I waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes after trying to tell the cashier what I... wanted to order only to get up to the window and get the wrong food then have to wait another 15 minutes in the line again toget the burger remade. By then the rest of my order is cold and the manager kept telling me it?s my fault that my order waswrong by the way I ordered it even after I was very clear of what I wanted and the wouldn?t even give me fresh fries to replacethe cold ones or even for the inconvenience.
