I eat sushi about once a year, and my last few experiences at other places were lackluster. I popped into Nagano for a quick... bite after a full day of walking, and was happy with what I received. The soup, seaweed salad, and cucumber/avocado roll werepretty good, but the crispy salmon was worth the visit alone - exquisite flavour with creamy salmon that melted in your mouthwith spicy mayo! I was impressed too with the ratio of rice to filling for the rolls. I'll be stopping here for a longer visitto experience it again! Read more
If you want incredible service and top quality food, you have to check out Nagano! I've only been there twice but it's our... go-to sushi restaurant now and we don't even live in Cambridge! I cannot recommend this place enough if you're a sushi lover! Read more
I love the bento box, the taste of Japanese cuisine I?ve been looking for is in this place. Yes I am a Japanese chef before. And... when it comes to sushi rice I always look into authenticity, taste and texture. They have it here. I am not sure if they havebuffet. But most of the time I go here for bento. Nagano serves fresh and delicious, well-presented sushi. We had the private seating tables and I wasn't a fan of the enclosures.... Sure, it provided more privacy, but it didn't leave much room for space. Honesty, the enclosures are not required. I had theSpider and Tuna Roll. Both were fresh and the Spider Roll was one of the best rolls I ever had. The crunchiness and taste of theroll was superb. Service was exceptional and no language barriers were present. There's also a service button at the side of thetable to call the server. Nagano does not do AYCE. Overall, a great sushi spot for any sushi lover. Read more
Amazing sushi. Great menu selections. Very fresh. All made to order. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely return!!
