Ordered a Philly cheesesteak Pizza and donair pizza both had pineapples on it. Had to call head office to get a refund and... service is terrible as if I did something wrong, will never prefer Papa John?s and will also be giving it bad reviews personallyto friends and family. That was a tasty couple of pizzas! Lots of cheese, crust was good. Sauce was good. I ordered the meatza and the super Hawaiian.... Both very good. My only complaint is the garlic sauce. It tastes like the bottom of a bag of microwave popcorn. It?s a freethrow in they give with their pizza so it?s no big deal. Service was good, pizza was good and it took less than 30 mins so I?mhappy. Read more
This location seems to always mess up my pizza. Its quiet saddening actually. I have tested my theory a few times and have made... it official that i will drive to Preston from now on or spend the extra for delivery from the Preston location. At this locationthe quailty is subpar at it best, and even the pepper on the side looks lifeless 0.o how do you even do that to a pepper 0.0?? Ifeel its pain while trying to eat this mixture of ingredients labelled as a "pizza". It seems the bottom of the crust is theonly part of the crust that gets cooked in any way, and when paying for extra cheese i would expect it not to look like thenight i had to use the remainder of the cheese in my fridge by sprinkling the few crumbs ontop of a dinner. So in other words,i highly do not recommend this location for pizza if you want to be satifisied in any manor, if youre looking to be hugelydissappointed with a side of surprise though this is definitely the place ! So after they messed up our first order they offered free pizza. I'm now 50 minutes in waiting on a pizza they said would be... done in 25 yup last time we ever order from this store. Most of the time there isn't even anyone at the front counter. Pleasedon't order from them this location is terrible. Read more
We ordered the special 4 topping large, have ordered many times. If this is new ownership then we are gone. Our one pepperoni... plus pizza was burnt....crust black. Could eat 3-maybe 4 pieces. Shame on you. Read more
being an employee here I can give you first hand experience on how your food is handled. none of the kitchen staff wash their... hands nor do they wear gloves while frequently handling items throughout the store, there are usually bugs flying throughout thestore such as flys, moths, beetles, etc. All surfaces are cleaned with same dirty rag used the night before that has never beenwashed. The employees are treated as pawns, not as people. If you?re looking for a solid place to eat, this isn?t it. If you?relooking for a solid place to work, still, this isn?t it. Read more
I don't know if there has been a change in ownership or what, but the quality of the pizza has gone down drastically. In the... beginning it was great pizza. Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas and asked for them to be well done. They were far from welldone and the crust was so thin in the centre that everything just fell off. Read more
