Rude staff! Like 5-6 people working in a small store with not that much sale. Still don't know how to talk to people, blaming... people without confirmaing if the order was spoiled or not when i open the box it was all good, it not finish at this, he justtried to open the camera on the phone and was so in hurry or exaggerated to make me wrong, i have clicked the pic of the order.Sry to tell they always do this to drivers, Read more

Few years back in Peterborough this brand was our favorite go to for pizza. This location in Cambridge has been highly... disappointing couple of times now and today was just completely miserable. 4 topping pizza barely find the onions or mushrooms,the chicken pieces are so tiny. The bread is so thin for a regular pizza and chewy, even the sauce is light. What is going onhere management? Seems like others reviewed similar concerns. Read more

Really good pizza. Ordered for delivery by the phone. Guy on the phone was pretty chill. We ordered to my school and it did take... a bit longer then we hoped (I was late for my math final, pizza more important) and I wish it was a bit cheaper but me and mybuddies split the price. Worst Pizza and very bad and irresponsible response! Ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce and normal bake but the pizza had no or... very very little sauce in it and the crust was over baked ( burnt crust ) which was chewy and horrible! When called and informedthe pizza shop guy, he is responding very badly saying don?t worry and disconnected the phone. I expected more from Pappa John?sbut it was very bad experience. Stepping into to this establishment, I was greeted promptly by both of the employees. The service was excellent. The guy at the... register was attentive and friendly. The lady who was making the pizzas, also handed me my pizza and was very polite. The pizzawas well made, it was fresh and it tasted delicious. Read more
Awesome pizza, best in town, always order from here, customer service is fantastic! After one late night out on the weekend they... were closing up but still made us a great pizza to pick up after close! And they know their customers! Tonight I meant to ordermy regular pizza but made an error, they called me to make sure the toppings I ordered were correct because they know what welike!! And again, great pizza!!!!
