Poor customer service. They look at you in the eyes without saying hello. Looks like they really don't want to work at that... place. They also placed my dipping sauce on my pizza and that isn't clean at all. Disappointed but it seems hard to find a goodplace nowadays. Read more
This business does not deserve even one star. I used the online tool to order for the first time and had it set to deliver to... my home. It was never received. I called customer service twice to have it resolved and was on hold with the store twice forover 15 minutes with nobody answering. Waited 2 hours for delivery when 1 hour was stated. Called customer service and just got blown off with excuses and was told... that I had to contact the store directly where no one ever answers. With dozens of pizza options that are way more reliable, Isuggest going elsewhere. Read more
I ordered the Pizza Hut game night combo. It consisted of 2 pizzas, a 2 litre pop and wings. We ordered vegetarian and double... pepperoni pizza, med buffalo spiced wings and a 2 litre pop. The pizza crusts were pillowy soft with a nice crunch on thebottom! The vegetarian pizza had a plethora of toppings! Both pizzas were hot on arrival, very fresh and delicious! The wingswere tasty and the pop was nice and cold! We had delivery and they were very quick! We also ordered pickup the weekend prior andwere very happy with the quality! Super fresh and tasty! I think owner is not taking care or pizza hut franchise is done with their business. I went to store on June 5th 2022 at 9:00 pm... with valid coupon of this specific store. The guy on counter refuses to accept coupon and told me to do the online order. Iinformed him that the coupon I printed and given to him is clearly says present it to the counter. But the guy refuses to doanything. Such a useless person they are hiring. Avoid this location if you can. Read more

Pizza Hut has really gone down quick. Once upon a time this was the place to go to get a great pizza, times have changed. This... location has got to serve the worst pizza ever. Even though we asked for well done pizza, the pizza was undercooked so much thatthe dough was still raw. It was absolutely disgusting. When we called to complain to ask that they remake or refund, they saidit was against their policy. They asked that we come show them the pizza. When we went back, without even taking a look at thepizza, they refused to do anything because a couple slices were eaten. I would not recommend anyone purchase pizza from thislocation, please read the other comments as well, customer service is horrible, food is terrible, and the managers are notwilling to provide even adequate customer service.
