I ordered through the app and accidentally forgot to select dairy freeI, got all the way home and realized my error so I went... to the app and ordered again fully expecting, and willing, to pay again since it was my error. I called customer service torequest the order be rushed and they called the store directly for me. The store made the order within 15 minutes and didn?teven charge me for the second pizza even though it was my error! I would highly recommend visiting this location! The best PIZZA we?ve ever had! They accommodated our special requests. We had... asked for oregano to be put on the pizza before it went into the oven, which greatly enhanced the flavour of the pizza. Theirpesto sauce is totally worth it. Had an OK experience at this Pizza Nova. Food was great but I was told that it would take 10 minutes so I waited around.... Approximately 37 minutes later I complained about the wait and got my food another 5 minutes after that. Read more
