Order was messed up, was charged $40 for barely any food. The only good thing was the fresh chicken pieces. The lady who took my... order was nice enough but definitely frustrating as I just gave up trying to explain the situation and compromised my meal onlyto end up with no one being able to eat anything but the chicken as we didn't get any biskits and my 1 and 3 year olds can'thave the cajan spice on the fries or gravy. Place wasn't overly clean and they argued with another client behind me. One staffmember stepped in a few times to try and help whenever their was a conflict which was appreciated but definitely shouldn't havebeen the case in the first place. Read more

Popeyes chicken is probably the best place for some country style fried chicken.... But this place was a shame, I have gone to... many different popeyes franchise's before but this one, the bathrooms were an absolute mess looked as if no one cleaned it thatday. The food was alright. It was fresh and decently good but, had to wait around 20 minutes for our order, which unless youwant the pre cook stuff sitting in the hot storage I'd say the wait is worth it. Read more

So very sorry to leave a negative review. When I arrived there were 3 people waiting for their order, one man was in a hurry so... I suggested they please complete his order first. He compromised by switching his preference to spicy chicken which was alreadyprepared yet was still kept waiting. There only appeared to be 2 staff present, one cooking and one at the counter. Afterserving the man who was in a hurry the other 2 customer orders were being fulfilled, very, very slowly. I gave up and left. Icouldn't help but wonder if this was the service received at around 3:30 or 4 in the afternoon, the dinner rush must beexcruciating. It will be a very long time before I try that again. Read more

First time trying Popeyes and it didn?t disappoint me! Crispy chicken outside and juicy inside, well seasoned ????

For the past few days I have been visiting most of the restaurants and cafe's near me.One the previous day I have visited one of... the Popeyes in the Kitchener area and that was quite impressive not only food but also the ambience. With that same level ofexpectation I walked in to the Popeyes #11159 , 480 Hespeler Road, Cambridge but then It was a complete hell for me. Me alongwith friends have walked in the restaurant and managed to order food after waiting for 10 mins even though no one was waitinginfront of us. When the lady (I guess she was the manager) who taken our order was a bit rude and managed to mention our time tofinish food as we are having the food from the store. After ordering we have waited for 35 minutes to get food and the real badexperience for me and my friends starts from here, We got 5 pc chicken * 3 as we have order and it was all dark meat ( basicallyfull of leg pieces) which is full of oil and its dripping while taking on hand. and then after waiting for another 20 mins wegot rest of our order. which was 4 pc tender chicken which smells like yukkk. Tastes like it was all cooked on fish oil and likethe tastes like it was weeks old. I'm not joking over here wasting my time and yours over here.I have approached the counterregarding the same and their response to this was not satisfactory.
