This place is so trash. It takes 10-20 minutes and longer to get your order. When they'll initially tell you 6-7 min. You can... stand at the counter and wait and despite them finishing he order they won't notify you. They won't even call the order numberout. When confronted, they'll make every excuse "I was calling you, you left". How did I leave when I've been at the counter theentire time. I understand that they are understaffed but it's like two trainees in the back, often laughing and giggling as your6-7 minute order proceeds to go into the 10-15 territory. A couple behind us waited close to half an hour, even opting to sit atthe cafeteria waiting on the order. That's unacceptable. Be better. Be more professional and respectful. They?re so slow!! i cant ever go on my 30 min break cause it takes too much time waiting in line and they always mess up my... order so i cant go back. Also never give proper portion sizes! They need to open a drive-threw location in cambridge. Read more
As a one time employee (high school was interesting) I can tell you this location was beyond failing. -Speed of service was... atrocious. I waited 9 minutes from the time the debit transaction was complete till I was handed my food. -portions are veryspecific in the menu, it?s how you manage costs. My side of nacho cheese was well below the 2oz I paid for. My tacos did notcontain 1/4 oz of cheese they?re supposed to. -food was awful. The steak was WELL beyond the allowable hold time. Lettuce lookedlike it was out over night. Tortillas were so wet I couldn?t take them out of the wrapper. One peeled apart but was consumable,the second tore apart adhered to the wrapper. 1 star isn't even deserved. Slowest. "Fast food". Ever. You are guaranteed to wait 10 minutes even if you are standing there... alone. Your order will ALWAYS be wrong. When said order is remade... it will still be wrong! Incredibly disappointing this isthe only location in Cambridge. WELL WORTH the drive to the Homer Watson location in Kitchener who produce delicious, correctorders! Read more
They never ask if you want hot sauce. My husband often goes there for me (he isn?t a fan) and always comes home without any... sauce. How hard is it to ask/remind people of the option for sauces. Read more
I don't know how this Taco Bell is still open. Right now they have two people working and we went in to get FAST food and they... said it will be about 30-45 minutes to wait for food. How is this business even running? Awful service. Read more
Worse place for taco bell. We order 6 supreme chalupa with sub beef for beans and cashier mess whole order no correct call... number to complain about. No sour cream in chalupa, no tamato either bean is very tiny.. I ask sour cream and side paid for italso but still no sour cream at all. Read more
Wanted a large fry supreme worked at Taco Bell for 3 years and this person I won?t name call said sorry they can?t I know they... can I worked here push up sup and charge a bit more !!!!
