OK. My wife and I ate here. We got a pita and a pop each. The food here is very fresh and very good. The biggest pita I've ever... eaten. Out of all the pita and Shawarma restaurants I've tried, these guys (Steve and Steve) have the most variety. I'd give 6out of 5 stars. I like the fact that these guys will also engage in an actual conversation. Very friendly. The atmosphereinside is clean, updated and inviting. You get more than your money's worth. Just wish that we hadn't waited so long to try ithere. Read more

If you're looking for a pre-game meal prior to heading the the Ice-Park this is the place to go! For the last few years this... has been my favourite pita place in the region and I look forward to every Tuesday, scarfing down a delicious & fresh pita inthe parking lot right before I hit the ice and disappointment my team. The best pita in Cambridge. They don?t skimp out on toppings, everything is fresh and the meat is fantastic.Great value for the... food especially with the post Covid inflation. The owner is a great guy, since moving to Cambridge my wife and I have enjoyedthe pitas here several times and the owner has always been pleasant and talked with us. Don?t go anywhere else for a pita. Read more

I love pita factory. Great ingredients make great food. My only complaint is I wish the main guy usually working would not be so... light on the toppings, especially when you say extra of something. If you don't want to give unlimited produce topping tell mebefore and I would pay extra to not have to ask 3 times for enough cucumbers lol. Read more

Nothing personal. Just my opinion. Not fresh food, and it was very felt. I thought there would be meat (beef), as a result,... some kind of meat substitute. It was difficult to finish eating, despite the fact that I am not particularly picky. Ingeneral, so-so, over the past few years I have not eaten worse pita. Read more

I've never gone out of my way to write a review, but I felt pretty compelled after my experience here. The toppings had a couple... fruit flies in the green peppers and corn. I asked if there were any fresh vegetables, and the employee replied that these werefresh. I was apprehensive at the least, and I regret not asking for a refund at this point. I got the greek platter and therice did not taste fresh at all, and I wouldn't have been comfortable serving it as someone who has worked in theindustry. This was my first and last time going to Pita Factory, and would strongly recommend against it. Read more

Lettuce and wrap were fresh as was the chicken. Unfortunately I couldn?t find any of the toppings in the pita. Counted four... croutons, and possibly three prices of bacon and maybe three pieces of onion. Chicken wasn?t cut up into small pieces so bitinginto big chunks of chicken. Very little sauce was put on the pita. Pathetic for the price I paid for three pitas?.all chickenCaesar with two additional toppings each. Can?t substitute or add extra or even more of one topping to be able to taste it. Won?t be back as this wasn?t the first time and thought we would give them another chance. Will take my business elsewhere. Pathetic!! Read more
