Rude and unwelcoming. Our order came with a side of eye rolls and was dropped/thrown at us on the counter. Not impressed!! NEVER... AGAIN!!! You guys need to pay attention to cross contamination, because scratching your face and beard without hand washing thenserving food is a disgusting and disturbing sight. ?Canada number one coffee house? as stated by your branding needs to step itup. I've been to this store repeatedly, and every single time, they screw up the order. I swear, the manager goes out of her way to... hire to most uneducated people possible. They're incapable of getting the simplest order correct. Read more
Ordered a BLT got some sad looking lettuce and 1 piece of bacon shoved onto a bun. Pathetic.
Doors are locked at 10pm.the drive through disappointing 80% of the time....out of stock A LOT..don't do hot after 10pm...don't... make sandwiches adder 10pm. I have waited in drive through just to drive off with nothing...ugh. Sometimes they don't have theproduct i would have used my points on or gotten specific offers...THAT is most ANNOYING!! I?m writing this review not for the quality of food or service, but because I was denied a cup of water. It was late at night,... and I just needed some water. And when I asked for some tapwater, I was told that She was not allowed to give me a cup of water,because the owner of the store doesn?t allow it due to the price of the cups. I was very frustrated, and it is required by lawto give free tapwater. This is very wrong, and really should be taken care of. Read more
Can?t even give a single star. The worst customer service ever seen in a Tim Hortons. What does the manager girl think she is ??... Feel pity for the other staff working with her. The earlier employees were the best , went there without expecting this rudebehaviour from the manager. Didn?t expect this kind of a behaviour. Even I am working in a restaurant, we don?t show thisattitude or shout at the customers if they ask for anything. She really need to know how to behave when working in a hospitalityindustry. She is really a failure. Please if the management people you see this , kindly advice her to change her attitudetowards customers. She can spoil someone?s day. Store wasn't super busy, drive thru had a long line so I went in. I am not a frequent customer but was buying for someone else.... Staff were adequate. Food was fine. A bit of kindness and explanation would have helped (such as where to go to pick upfood). Guess maybe it was a day I could have used a bit of friendliness and that was definitely lacking. Read more
As a GCI Student I come here all the time for lunch or an after school snack. The people are incredible and the food is great. A... couple of the staff know me and they greet me with a smile. They're joys to see and be around. I've also observed them knowing aregular's order the instant he walked in. I love this place. Read more
