This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in? whether it?s the drive thru or dine in. Never ever has my order been correct,... not once in two years. I tried to give benefit of doubt but today was the last straw. Never will return and I live 2 blocksaway. Coffee wrong, chili half full, bun was not a full bun like usual now they cut them in half. The wrap was so badly done. I requested for a veggie wrap. It had all kindly of sauces with rice in them . It wasn't packed as... it is meant to be , it had worst packaging than a local Frankie shop. I couldn't eat them fully even though I was starving sincethe combination of Sauces with the Rice and wrap so awful making the whole wrap soggy and overflowing from the wrap the wrapbase. You shouldn't roll a wrap in a paper (The paper you rolled and gave was a Donut serve not wrap role) and give instead atleast serve them in a proper red wrap box. Still I have my stomach ache eating the wrap and I will make sure to visit my doctortoday. Just saving this review so that other can avoid wrap poorly made. Please serve them in a proper red wrap containerrather than rolling them in paper. Thanks for being friend in the billing at least. Read more
Worst service , staff was really rude to their customers, they don?t know how to treat their customers. Being rude and... disrespectful that?s all they do. Today i went their with my family in evening and i saw that a server girl was treatingcustomers in a rude way , she was preparing wrong orders but she accused customers that they didn?t know how to give orders .Such a bad experience for those people who went there for food. They should teach their staff members that how to treatcustomers in well mannered way and help them if they feel like help with placing orders. Read more
Really thankful that they stay open late at this location! I was on a 40 minute bike ride back to New Hamburg from the East end... of Cambridge just before midnight and was thrilled to find out that the dining room was still open at this location, so I wasable to walk in and get a double espresso to keep me attentive on the ride home! The SLOWEST drive through in all of CANADA!!! I do not know how they function on a daily!!! To get an order it takes 10 mins PER... CAR?. Shout out to the ladies working at this site in morning shift. I always take drink from here as i work next to this branch... whenever i go there they really make my day. All staff working in morning as i just know about the morning hats off to thereworking coordination. Looking at them make me feel energetic the way the do their job best no words. Best tim hortons in thearea no cap.customer service at its finest.
