Friendly customer service but prep was not done. Anything I ordered they " didn't have". They weren't that busy when I came... by..so not sure what staff were doing.I waited a long time for my food to be prepared. I should have been offered a discountfor the wait. Read more

Waited 15 minutes to purchase order and I asked for no sugar in the ice coffee,and sure enough they put sugar. Wasn't, going to... wait another 15 minutes. Had to throw out 2 coffees because I,m diabetic. I expect more from Tim,s. Read more

They have the best selection of donuts, Tim bits in Cambridge hands down. They have a great display. Clean place and an extra... take out window in a window it's awesome. And a patio to sit on outside. Read more

Been going to this location for 2 years since I moved in the area! Originally ordered 2 coffees and changed order to 2 breakfast... combos and Timbits, received 1 combo and Timbits, my order was incomplete. Asked if can get it and to assist with their drivethru to move fast I offered to go inside to grab my remaining order. When I went inside nobody seems to know why I was there! Iwas asked to re-order and pay again. I just walked away. Called in the store to let them know how displeased anyone would bewith that kind of service and was told couldn't hear me clearly and I hung up. Was just a waste of time. I left home to buysomething I can cook and brew at home and i did when i got home! What a waste of time it was! Thanks Tim Horton! Read more

Been going to this location for 2 years since I moved in the area! Originally ordered 2 coffees and changed order to 2 breakfast... combos and Timbits, received 1 combo and Timbits, my order was incomplete. The staff is very rude and no professionalism at all. They aspect the customer to know the problems of their system. The manager... is extremely unprofessional. On several occasions they had trouble with their app and they aspect me to call their technicalsupport and make complaints. Which I did and it was taken care off. Now today I ordered Two breakfast sandwiches (I had offerfor 2 sandwiches) and they didn't have a hashbrown for one of the sandwiches so I asked them to simply switch it with extraegg. The person who was taking the order made changes to the whole order instead of just switching the hash brown to an egg. Atthe payment window the offer didn't kick in Because he categorized both sandwiches differently, it charged me the full price ofthe two sandwiches. I demanded to check it and fix it. They cashier was very upset that she has to refund me the wholetransaction and recharge me again. The manager came and told me that next time I must tell them at the drive thru that I have anoffers so we make the order accordingly. I'm sick of that rude behavior and have almost stopped buying from them I go toMcDonald's down the street. Read more

Went here today for breakfast. It was quite busy which is to be expected for a tims. I got a sausage belt and and chicken bacon... ranch wrap. I miss the old eggs which actually had seasoning and flavour. I doubt they even salt these eggs. The rest of thebelt was okay. I could only eat half of the wrap because the chicken didn't taste very good. My tims coffee was mediocre asusual. I used to work at this tims so it's sad to see that the quality of food has gone down so much. I hope they improve soon. Read more

If I could give no star I would. I was on the go and needed a hot cup of coffee and got a bagel. I wanted my bagel toasted but I... guess they decided to roast it! It was so burnt. It was not warm/ hot. Asked for extra butter guess that didn?t go on it too. Ihad no time to go back. Only saw it once I sat at my work desk. Read more
