Did not accept my rewards card, said they do not take them there. Then pass me a hot coffee which is great but no sleeve. When I... asked for one they said they do not carry them at this location. First off i want to mention the regular morning weekday staff, most of them, are friendly and know my orders (daily customer... haha) But when i went tonight the staff were talking, even when I tried to order i had to wait til they were done. They were allplaying on their phones and taking pictures..one was even sitting on the counters.. and not very polite ZERO customer serviceskills.. aaand our orders were made wrong and were definitely rude. I LOVE THIS LOCATION! They truly go beyond customer service! I am all about collecting tim points. This location does not have... it. However this location is perfect! Get Gas, Wash Car, Variety Store and great staff! Last but not least ! BEST ICE CAP (Madewith love), in the Waterloo regíon and Brantford! Read more

The staff have zero customer service skills. I work early and will go through this drive through 2-3x a week. I buy one coffee.... I?ve never gone through under 10 minutes. If they don?t want customers then shut this location down. It?s that simple. Thesecustomers are paying your pay check. If you don?t like your job, then quit and get a new one. Read more
